Sticky 4X4 Shifter Rate Topic: -----

So I recently aquired a 97 F150 XLT. The only problem I have with this thing is it takes two hands and a little more elbow greese than Id like to go from 2H-4H-4L. Any insight on what could be causing my "sticky" shifter?
